Mini Banana Bread

1 cup of Wheat Bran
1 cup of Oat Bran
2 ripe medium bananas
5-6 egg whites
1 Tbsp of sugar free banana or vanilla pudding mix
1 cup of splenda
Use a few dashes of cinnamon


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350
Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Separate mixture evenly in 4 mini loaf pans
Bake for 35-40 minutes

Total Carbohydrate 40 g
